The Android Auto team partner with Orchid to develop and produce the launch assets introducing Gemini in cars. We supported the project end-to-end, helping shape the creative approach, refining the narrative, and defining how Gemini’s intelligence should be visualized and communicated in real driving moments. Our team led the full production, from pre-production planning and live-action filming to final post-production. We collaborated across multiple Android and Gemini stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment throughout the process. The campaign delivered a 60-second hero video showcasing Gemini’s hands-free assistance in daily driving scenarios, along with a suite of social cutdowns and stills adapted for global use. Orchid managed all creative, production, and delivery needs to bring the experience to life across platforms.

For the launch of the Acer Chromebook Plus in the EMEA region, Orchid managed the entire creative and production process. The campaign’s goal was to highlight the Chromebook Plus’s new AI features through relatable use cases and benefits, ensuring audiences could easily understand its value. We conducted the shoot in Barcelona, combining live-action footage with 3D animated elements to showcase the product’s capabilities. By adopting a modular approach, we created adaptable assets that resonated across all regions while maintaining global consistency.

Orchid collaborated with the Android Global team to strengthen the Google on Android (GOA) toolkit by filling a crucial gap in product marketing resources. We developed a series of dedicated use cases for new AI features—Circle to Search, Gemini, Photomoji, Magic Editor, Gemini Live, Better Together, and more—creating a centralized hub where Googlers can easily access and repurpose assets, with clear points of contact for further support. To bring these features to life, we designed both static and animated visuals that effectively illustrate each use case, ensuring streamlined execution and consistency across marketing efforts.

Initially briefed as an animated video, this project evolved into a live-action hero video thanks to Orchid’s recommendation and close collaboration with the Google TV team. We guided the shift in approach to ensure Gemini’s intelligence was showcased in a more relatable and impactful way, bringing the story to life through a high-end shoot and thoughtful creative direction. Orchid managed the process end-to-end, from shaping the narrative and defining the visual style to leading production, post-production, and delivery. Beyond the hero video, we produced social cutdowns and stills, navigating multiple stakeholder reviews and ensuring seamless alignment across all assets. The campaign launched successfully and, within the first 2 weeks, the hero video reached over 200K views on YouTube.
