Bringing Honest to Europe meant translating a US-born organic brand into a compelling and locally relevant experience. Working closely with Coca-Cola, we helped redefine how Honest shows up across markets, from its strategic positioning to its visual and retail expression. From reimagining packaging and brand identity to designing immersive experiences and internal narratives, our work ensured consistency between what the brand stands for and how it is experienced. Each touchpoint was crafted to make the product more intuitive, credible, and desirable for European consumers. By aligning strategy, design, and execution, we supported Honest in building a stronger presence across the region, turning its organic promise into a clear and tangible brand experience.

Orchid partnered with Coca-Cola to launch the Honest Organic brand in Europe, rethinking its positioning, visual identity, and retail presence to resonate with the European consumer. We began by defining the brand proposition and strategic positioning, then developed a fresh visual identity applied across all key touchpoints—from label and packaging to POS materials rolled out across the region. Our work also included shopper strategy, internal engagement tools like a brand manifesto film, and the development of innovation concepts to support future growth.

Orchid supported Coca-Cola in the rebrand of Honest Tea, their flagship product line, to better connect with European consumers and meet EU regulatory requirements. The original packaging, developed for the U.S. market, lacked relevance and compliance in Europe. We led packaging explorations, updated both materials and label designs, and delivered high-fidelity 3D mockups alongside final print-ready assets.

Orchid was tasked with creating an immersive brand experience to introduce Honest as Coca-Cola’s new organic offering at their All Hands event in Lisbon. The goal was to familiarize approx. 1,000 European marketeers with Honest’s story, values, and commitment to organic products. We developed the original creative concept and brought it to life through the design and production of an experiential booth. The space invited attendees to physically engage with the brand via ingredient displays, tasting stations, interactive video content, and more. As part of the activation, we also produced and hosted a live interview with Honest’s former CEO, conducted on-site at the booth.
